Key Account Manager\\n\\nThe focus of this role is on understanding the customers’ expectations and to manage those to ensure service and cost expectations are met.\\n\\nWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work for one the UK’s largest building services maintenance providers looking after a mixed portfolio of commercial contracts on a national basis.\\n\\nAlthough the contracts are national most of your working time will be located in the Midlands with the expectation that you will attend client visits as required and very occasionally overnight stays.\\n\\nYou will need to have a strong understanding of running modern multi-client led commercial maintenance contracts from the perspective of a maintenance service provider.\\n\\nThe contracts have been mobilised; the maintenance service teams have been appointed and there is already on board a well-established team of Technical Managers, M&E, HVAC engineers and supervisors who are a mixture of static and mobile.\\n\\nSkills & Abilities\\n\\nAccount Management\\n\\n * Multi discipline staff management and people development.\\n\\n * Promotion of core company values and those of the clients\\n\\n * Contractual negotiations and management.\\n\\n * Focus on a sustainable Quality, Health, Safety and Environment operating model.\\n\\n * Commercially driven.\\n\\n * Innovative thinker\\n\\n * Ability to operate in a ‘solutions, not blame’ capacity whilst considering long term strategies and root cause analysis.\\n\\nClient Communication\\n\\n * Confident communicator and presenter with a focus on team motivation which deliver tangible results.\\n\\n * Ability to influence stakeholders from Operative to Director level.\\n\\n * Strong influencer with excellent relationship building skills through communication.\\n\\n * Active listening and curiosity to challenge failing processes – where and when appropriate\\n\\n * Effective communication and planning skills.\\n\\n * Enjoy meeting new people.\\n\\nCore Duties\\n\\nComplete autonomy for service delivery and P&L for six building services maintenance contracts on a national basis.\\n\\nEnsuring statutory compliance, KPI and SLA compliance and Health and Safety across this portfolio.\\n\\nWorking alongside Technical Services Managers and Building Managers as a trusted operations advisor.\\n\\nStrategic planning alongside clients in relation to projects, sustainability, supply chain diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility\\n\\nResponsible for review and implementation of the PPM frequency strategy and asset life cycle.\\n\\nEnsuring mandatory and statutory compliance is adhered to.\\n\\nMaintaining the highest M&E audit score possible across the contracts.\\n\\nWorking alongside teams in both project delivery and harmonizing between on-site team and projects.\\n\\nContract Account Manager (Have worked on technical accounts before, have managed engineers / administrators directly, and is well versed in stakeholder/financial management)\\n\\nSalary: Up to £65K subject to experience\\n\\nCompany Car or Car Allowance\\n\\nWorking Hours: M-F (Apply online only). Flexibility to work from home as planned and business need\\n\\nLocation: Derby\\n\\nReports to: Business Unit Director\\n\\nHolidays: 25 Days + 8 BH\\n\\nDuties of the Key Accounts Manager\\n\\n * Manage the performance of the Maintenance Service Teams\\n\\n * Ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are on target.\\n\\n * Develop a rapport with the key client stakeholders through professional engagement.\\n\\n * Identify additional revenue streams through projects and contract enhancements.\\n\\n * Produce monthly reports and attend monthly client meetings.\\n\\n * Maintain a regular and frequent site presence.\\n\\nYou will be working very closely with the Business Unit Director so it will be a close management team.\\n\\nYour role as the new Accounts Manager is to continue to develop the client relationship and drive up the efficiency and profitability, you will also take responsibility for the full P&L of the portfolio.
