We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Handyperson, Building Technician or Maintenance Assistant to join an established maintenance team on a contract based in the London Borough of Southwark.
You will be given a company van to attend the sites. This is a great role for those looking for a position where no day will ever be the same as you are constantly visiting new buildings!
Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Mobile Handyman:
- Building fabric maintenance, painting, minor carpentry etc.
- Painting / fitting doors, changing broken tiles etc.
- Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.
- Changing / cleaning filters.
About You as the Mobile Handyman:
- Basic Building services / maintenance background.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Basic Electrical and Plumbing knowledge.
- Experience working in commercial buildings.
- Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing.
