Job Description
Contract Administrator\\nWe are looking to recruit a Contract Administrator with CAFM system experience on behalf of a building services maintenance provider.\\nWorking Hours: M-F, 8-5\\nKey Responsibilities\\n• Work closely with the Contract Support team to ensure that the service levels are maintained to a consistently high level.\\n• Oversee PPM planning schedules for sites using the CAFM system\\n• Ensure the contract is staffed by fully competent teams, taking direct responsibility for the appointment of Engineers, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.\\n• Provide Operational reports monthly and as requested.\\n• Provide technical support where required to engineers, helpdesk and clients.\\nIf you are an experienced Contract Administrator, please do not hesitate to reach out by clicking "Apply Now
