We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong M&E maintenance understanding to work for one of the UK's fastest growing maintenance service providers located at a prestigious commercial office block in London's West End, walking distance from Oxford Circus.
You will need to have a good understanding of modern commercial maintenance from the perspective of a service provider. This is a two-person site and you will be working with another very experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:- 80% of the job is on the tools and involved with the delivery of the maintenance contract.
- Managing the activities of the PPM regime and updates to the reactive calls.
- Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld.
- Escorting the visiting contractors and the engineering services.
- Responsible for the actioning RAMS (with admin support).
- Providing technical support to the engineering team.
- Carrying out additional small works projects.
- Fully Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong understanding of HVAC Hard Services.
- Good working experience of BMS, Delmatic or Simmtronic and CAFM systems.
- Experienced in maintenance of large-scale building services applications.
- Experienced with LV distribution systems would be desirable.
- Desire to progress in your career.
This is a busy commercial campus facility and there is a huge amount of overtime available. You will have the support of a dedicated contract admin support and will be supported by the Account Manager for the contract who is a qualified Electrician off the tools. Full portfolio management and administrative support. The hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 (1 hour lunch).
