We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a long-established HVAC company based in South East London. With over 50 years in the industry, this business is growing fast and offers engineers the chance to work on high-quality contracts with excellent earning potential.
The Role:
- Service, maintenance and repair of commercial heating systems.
- Some minor installation works as required.
- Work across offices, hotels, schools, churches, and private/commercial buildings (no social housing).
- Covering London and the South East (mostly inside the M25).
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years’ experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer.
- Commercial Gas qualifications (CODNCO1/COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CDGA1, CORT1, ICAE1, CCP1).
- Domestic Gas (CCN1).
- Advantageous (not essential): LPG, DAH1, L1 Energy Efficiency, Oil/OFTEC, Electrical (17th/18th Edition).
The Package:
- Basic to £53,000+ (depending on experience).
- OTE £60k+ achievable with overtime.
- Paid travel (door-to-door).
- Overtime paid at 1.75x.
- Standby rota 1-in-10 weeks (£100 standby allowance).
- Company van, fuel card, phone, gas analyser.
- 40-hour week, Monday-Friday (1-hour lunch).
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
- Salary review after probation.
