We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a long established company based in South East London. Basic salary up to £60k plus travel and great benefits. Our client has been established for over 50 years and is a specialist in Commercial HVAC services in the South East. As a result of ongoing growth, they are now looking for an additional Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team.

As the Commercial Gas Service Engineer, you will ideally have around 5 to 10 years experience servicing and fault finding on a range of Commercial Heating systems.

Typical duties:

  • Service, maintain, and repair of commercial Boiler and associated plant
  • Carry out reactive fault-finding and breakdown works
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance
  • Follow safe systems of work and all relevant regulations

The following certificates are required:

  • Full Commercial Gas qualifications, COCN1 / CODNCO1
  • TPC (Tightness Testing & Purging)
  • Boosters (Desirable)
  • LPG (Desirable)
  • OFTEC (Desirable)

Strong technical knowledge, BMS experience, and a full UK driving license are also required. The role involves servicing, maintenance, and reactive works across a varied portfolio of commercial contracts, covering hotels, offices, and high-end residential sites. Projects are predominantly based in London and within the M25, keeping travel consistent and predictable.
