Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Responsible for carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and servicing electrical supply, UPS, cooling systems (e.g., split A/C units, air‑sourced heat pumps) across a portfolio of commercial office sites in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.
Work involves preventive maintenance, corrective and reactive work at each site, and travel between locations. The role comprises an 8‑hour day with flexibility for travel and optional weekend projects for additional work.
Responsibilities
- Perform PPM and routine servicing of site equipment.
- Diagnose and repair corrective/reactive issues on electrical, UPS, and cooling units.
