Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new challenge? With a CIPD qualification and a passion for up‑to‑date HR law, you could be the right fit for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all HR/Employment Law documentation is compliant with current legislation.
  • Complete and return client work within a reasonable timescale (two weeks from visit date).
  • Maintain a professional image throughout all duties.
  • Keep knowledge up‑to‑date through CPD.
  • Travel within the UK to conduct annual audits of clients’ HR procedures and management systems.
  • Travel extensively, including overnight stays, when required.
  • Compile formal policies, procedures, Statements of Main Terms & Conditions of Employment, and Employee Handbooks for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of disciplinary, grievance, and other client documents.
  • Provide up‑to‑date accurate HR/Employment Law advice in accordance with legislation and the LFA.
  • Carry out formal meetings on clients’ behalf, such as disciplinary investigations and appeals.
  • Liaise with solicitors and ACAS on behalf of clients.

Additional Duties

  • Provide requested information, assistance, or documentation to clients.
  • Conduct additional visits as requested by clients or the business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred.
  • Member of the CIPD.
  • Full driving licence required for UK travel.
