Are you an experienced Health and Safety Advisor looking for your next role? Do you have your NEBOSH general certificate, or equivalent, and are looking for a new challenge?
You will form part of a regional team of Health & Safety Advisors in a remote, field‐based role. You will visit and support clients across your region, covering a wide range of industries. Your responsibilities include carrying out Health & Safety audits and providing ongoing support through the implementation of management systems, completion of risk assessments, and development of safe systems of work. You'll also produce industry‐specific documentation as required, such as construction phase plans, assist clients with accident investigations and offer practical, bespoke advice tailored to their operational and legal responsibilities. This is a fast‐paced and varied role, ideal for a Health & Safety professional seeking variety, impact, and job satisfaction.
What you'll need
We're a friendly, supportive team and are looking for an individual who genuinely loves meeting business owners and helping them manage Health & Safety within their organisation, always with a common‐sense approach. You'll be able to build relationships quickly, listen to the business owner's needs, and help them move past whatever issues they have before providing practical solutions. You must have Health & Safety experience and hold at least a NEBOSH General Certificate. You will also have a full UK driving licence and be willing to stay away from home overnight as required (all related expenses paid!). Experience on construction sites and construction health & safety qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction or equivalent will be advantageous.
