Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor – Join the STAL Team Due to continued growth, STAL is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. We have roles in the following regions. Yorkshire Water Severn Trent Water Northumberland Water Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water United Utilities This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, supervising electrical installation and working alongside site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Requirements: - Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role - Strong electrical background, ideally within industrial, utilities or construction environments - Valid CSCS Card - SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred - Full UK Driving Licence - Willingness to travel and work away from home when required - A strong commitment to health, safety and quality - Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills What We're Looking For: - A proactive, reliable and safety-focused individual - Experience supervising site operatives and subcontractors - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications - Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting their team At STAL, we value our people and offer the opportunity to work on varied and challenging projects as part of a supportive and growing business.
