Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK.
Your mission:
- Creating compelling sales presentations for Audi's F1 project
- Managing and tracking sales administration and reporting
- Preparing for meetings with potential partners and stakeholders
- Designing and producing sales visuals to enhance communication
- Supporting the execution of sales strategies and internal operations
- Developing creative ideas for the gifting strategy within the sales process
- Coordinating and managing the practical aspects of prospect invitations
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials for the sales team
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or marketing role, with exposure to customer support, office management, or sales/marketing environments
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to create presentations, infographics, and marketing visuals
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
