Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group\'s Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi\'s Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Livery/wrapping of our F1 cars and related infrastructure
- Conducting capacity checks with all relevant assembly departments to ensure feasibility and timely delivery
- Managing the availability and stock levels of stickers and foils, including proactive inventory control
- Maintaining and updating documentation related to foils and stickers on SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Collecting and preparing parts for templating and application processes
- Serving as the primary communication hub, liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment and smooth workflows
- Bringing a hands-on approach to foil wrapping and application support when needed
Your profile
- Completed education as an Advertising Designer or in a similar technical field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in foil application, vehicle branding, or comparable production roles
- Proven experience in capacity planning and managing workflows within a technical or production environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively across multiple departments and external partners
- Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP for inventory and process management
- Familiarity with design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality in every aspect of your work
