Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.
Your mission:
- Analyze our existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement (e.g. Onboarding, Recruiting, Development, Training etc.)
- Develop and implement and document our streamlined, efficient processes
- Provide first-level support for HRIS-related inquiries and issues, including troubleshooting and resolving system access, data entry, and functionality problems
- Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of HR systems to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Monitor and resolve system errors and integration issues between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, time management, recruitment)
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement solutions for system improvements and enhancements
- Maintain and update user access rights and permissions in accordance with company policies and security standards
- Create and update documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials for HRIS users
- Train end-users and provide guidance on HRIS processes, best practices, and system features
- Assist in testing system updates, enhancements, and new module implementations to ensure functionality aligns with business needs
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Very good understanding of SAP
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits, time tracking, and talent management systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and security
- Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
