Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.
Your mission:
- Preparation and processing of payment runs
- Responsibility for proper cash management
- Administration and management of expense and credit card tools, including the corresponding postings
- Coordination with external advisors regarding international VAT
- Creation of reports and analyses to support the finance department
Your profile:
- Experience in accounts payable
- Extensive knowledge of Swiss and international VAT
- Advanced proficiency in using SAP (FI/MM)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong numerical affinity and a high level of analytical thinking to process accounting data accurately and precisely
- Independent and structured working style, with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and care in handling financial data and documents
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills to interact effectively both internally and externally and to find solutions
- Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
