We are seeking a teacher who:
- Has a good knowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum, including good personal subject and pedagogical knowledge.
- Is committed to professional development and works well with colleagues to continuously reflect on and improve their own knowledge and skills.
- Has a proven track record of raising attainment and accelerating progress for all children, including SEND and the most able.
- Has an engaging and dynamic style of teaching which fosters independence and resilience.
- Is able to make the most of our coastal and rural setting to give excellent opportunities to all children.
- Has high standards for behaviour and high expectations of what children can achieve.
- Is able to build good relationships with the whole school community to help keep children safe and ensure that they thrive academically and personally.
