The Role
We are seeking experienced Fabricator/Welders to join our growing team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality balustrades, handrails, and associated components to specification.
You will work from technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and precision in every piece you produce. Experience in the manufacture of balustrades and handrails is preferred, but we are willing to consider strong fabricators from similar backgrounds who are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of components
- Perform MIG welding to a high standard within a production environment
- Use hand and power tools competently and safely
- Carry out measurements and adjustments using basic maths skills
- Work as part of a team, but also independently with minimal supervision when required
- Adhere to all welding techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain a high attention to detail and strong work ethic throughout

- Experience: Proven experience in MIG welding within a production or fabrication environment
- Specialism: Experience in the manufacture of balustrades and handrails is preferred
- Skills: Competent in reading technical drawings and using hand/power tools
