They are seeking a Senior Legal Executive or Legal Manager to join an in-house team of 4.

The role will focus primarily on the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, alongside supporting a range of compliance and governance activities.
The Role
As Senior Legal Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the business's contractual and compliance requirements by:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Identifying legal and commercial risks and providing practical recommendations.
- Negotiating contract terms directly with clients, suppliers and legal representatives.
- Managing contract amendments, renewals and variations.
- Supporting compliance activities and helping maintain internal policies and procedures.
- Assisting with governance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and contract documentation.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure contractual obligations are met.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- A Law Degree (essential).
- Previous experience in Commercial Contracts
- Demonstrable experience reviewing and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts.
- Confidence negotiating contractual clauses directly with clients and external legal teams.
- Strong understanding of contractual risk and risk mitigation.
