About Us

Stagwell Media Platform is the technology and services backbone of Stagwell Inc., one of the world's fastest-growing global marketing networks. We build and operate the shared platforms, capabilities and infrastructure that power Stagwell's agency brands — enabling data-driven, digitally integrated marketing at scale for some of the world's most ambitious companies.

Overview

This is a high-impact, London-based Programme Director role reporting directly to the Global CEO of Stagwell Media Platform. As a senior individual contributor, you will own the delivery of the organisation's most critical tactical and strategic business transformation programmes — operating across a globally dispersed, senior stakeholder landscape spanning the US, UK and beyond. You will not manage a large team — you will move the organisation. This role demands someone who combines rigorous programme discipline with commercial and political acumen: a collaborator who builds trust at every level, and who knows precisely when to push, when to elevate, and how to do both with care and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Programme Delivery & Governance
    • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic and tactical transformation programmes across Stagwell Media Platform, ensuring milestones, dependencies and risks are actively managed.
    • Define and maintain robust programme governance frameworks — including workplans, RAID logs, status reporting and executive dashboards — primarily within Adobe Workfront.
    • Drive accountability across cross-functional workstreams, maintaining relentless focus on outcomes and deadlines.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management
    • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across Stagwell's global network, with particular emphasis on US-based stakeholders.
    • Communicate programme status, risks and recommendations clearly and confidently to the Global CEO and executive committee.
    • Navigate complex organisational dynamics with diplomacy — identifying when to collaborate, when to challenge, and when to elevate.
  • Strategic Business Transformation
    • Contribute to the design and execution of Stagwell Media Platform's business transformation agenda, translating strategic intent into executable plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
    • Identify blockers, interdependencies and capability gaps; proactively propose solutions and drive alignment across teams.
    • Act as a trusted integrator — bringing coherence and momentum to a complex, fast-moving portfolio of initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Champion best-in-class programme management practices, tooling and disciplines, embedding Adobe Workfront as the platform of record for delivery tracking.
    • Produce clear, concise reporting for senior audiences, including board-level updates, steering committee packs and CEO briefings.
    • Operate with a proactive, solutions-first mindset — taking initiative to move things forward without waiting to be asked.

Qualifications

Key Performance Indicators

  • On-time, on-scope delivery of strategic transformation programme milestones across the business.
  • Quality and consistency of programme governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
  • Senior stakeholder satisfaction — as assessed through direct CEO feedback and business unit engagement.
  • Adoption and effective utilisation of Adobe Workfront across managed workstreams.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of programme risks and escalation points before they become critical issues.
