Overview

Lead relationships with key clients to manage expectations, ensure client satisfaction as well as confidently lead in developing existing and new business opportunities. Manage the delivery of projects on time, within budget and in line with agency standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all client servicing actions are delivered in line with agency standards and leads by example to inspire wider agency staff.
  • Responsible for the strategic direction and communication of key accounts. Ensuring senior client’s expectations are managed effectively, at all times.
  • Effectively lead pitches for new briefs (as and when) as well as briefs from existing clients by ensuring senior client expectations are managed as well as providing advice to the wider team to ensure pitches are delivered in line with agency procedures and standards.
  • Has a sound ability to oversee the research and preparation process across the team, delegating and advising where necessary. Plus, the sound ability to lead the creation, structure, and formatting of any proposal documents, including presentations to meet the clients brief.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all the requirements and aspects of the effective delivery of content of varying scales and type (i.e., budget, timings, client expectations, communication).
  • Lead the quality of the group-end result for key clients by considering, developing, and reinforcing appropriate processes and strategies that allow for better efficiencies and delivery of client expectations.
  • Cultivate and maintain senior client relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities by providing senior level consultancy through understanding and effective communication.
  • Financially responsible for key account costs and ensure all work is completed on budget as well as on time and on strategy by managing the project and associated team members appropriately by providing advice, when necessary.
  • Contribute towards best practices and standard processes to drive the agency’s capabilities forward.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to the wider account team by identifying their strengths and weaknesses, providing regular feedback to help them move forward along their growth path.

Qualifications

  • Very strong experience MS Office365 including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with project management tools - Monday.com or Asana.
  • Previous experience with financial systems.
  • Planning and organisation skills.
  • Used to taking accountability and ownership, ensuring delivery of work against specific standards and expectations.
  • Adaptable approach and able to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident in driving teamwork and collaboration.
