The Position
What your role will be
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Manager to join our Integrated Marketing team, specialising in influencer campaign management. This is a position where you will lead, manage, enhance and grow our Influencer marketing expertise with our clients and internal teams with valued industry insight, trend watching and creativity for campaigns across the EU.
You will be responsible for leading and managing influencer marketing campaigns and projects with existing and new clients. In addition to this, we need a proactive approach to building solid relationships with creators and talent agencies, growing our network and attending relevant industry events to build those relationships. You will be working closely with the team educating and updating them on wider trends and getting involved in new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
You will have fantastic organisation and project management skills and the ability to work across several internal and external stakeholders to drive ideas and build strong relationships. A key component of the role is negotiating and managing budgets and delivering quality work within time and budget.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Be a key influencer project driver and manage the delivery of existing client work
- Collaborate with other members of the team to showcase the successful performance of the work we deliver – showing an understanding of the data, and how we use it to deliver on client expectations
- Lead in team and client meetings as appropriate
- Develop, implement, and manage influencer strategy and deliverables
- Brief and oversee creator content, ensuring it aligns with the client campaign objectives
- Work closely with creators and talent agents – pitching the opportunity and negotiating terms and deliverables
- Support in helping achieve KPI’s for client through creator content
- Measure the success of activities and campaigns
- Provide the wider account teams and agency with influencer marketing expertise
- Stay up to date with latest influencer marketing best practices and technologies
- Stay on top of the trends and identify what’s next on existing and emerging in influencer and the creator world, understanding how the platforms they use develop and update
- Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media
- Conduct research on behalf of clients and the agency
- Promotes and upholds Allison’s core values
- Conducts influencer implementation with guidance from senior team members and individual account-team leads
- Maintains excellent communication with team and the client as needed
- Regularly attends educational seminars to upgrade your overall knowledge
