Due to growth within our portfolio, we are looking for another Lettings Property Manager to join our busy lettings department based in Taunton covering Somerset.
Overview
This full time role would ideally suit someone who is enthusiastic, enjoys working as part of team, problem solving and is keen to learn within a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property with the ideal candidate being proactive, well-organised, computer-literate and able to work on their own initiative.
Responsibilities
- As a Lettings Property Manager, this varied role will involve all aspects of property management connected to residential letting, from property visits, inventories, undertaking checkout inspections and deposit negotiation, management of repairs and contractors.
- Your aim will to ensure an excellent level of communication maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.
- There will also be the opportunity to learn about all other aspects of Residential Lettings.
- Some Saturday working will be required on a rota basis.
