We are looking for a Residential Lettings Property Manager to join our busy Exeter lettings team covering the city centre and surrounding areas.

This role would suit someone with experience who is also keen to learn and progress while working as part of team.

You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property.

The ideal candidate would be well-organised, computer-literate and the enthusiasm to learn.

The Role

  • Liaising with landlords and tenants.
  • Undertaking property inspections.
  • Dealing with elements of repairs maintenance as well as check in and checkout inspections.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.
  • The Ideal Candidate
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Be able to work as part of team.
  • Desire and passion to deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly.
  • Full UK driving license and your own car is essential.

Some Saturday working will be required on a rota basis with time off given in lieu.

Ideally full time but part time would be considered.
