This newly created Finance Analysis role for a rapidly growing Fintech firm offers a salary of £100,000 to £120,000 depending on experience, with a discretionary bonus, based in the heart of the West End. Role This Finance Analysis position will support the firm in scaling the finance function, implementing new processes, and refining existing ones. It will work closely with the Finance Director to support a growing team. Key responsibilities include: Performing in-depth financial analysis and developing forecasting models. Automating recurring financial processes and reports using Python. Building and maintaining dashboards and data pipelines for financial reporting. Collaborating with accounting, operations, and data teams to collect and validate financial data. Identifying trends, anomalies, and key drivers in financial performance. Supporting budgeting and planning processes with data-driven insights. Translating business questions into analytical queries and communicating findings clearly. Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems. Profile The ideal candidate for this Fintech Finance Analysis role will be: A qualified accountant Having at least 3 years of experience in a similar role Highly proficient in Python Possessing a very commercial mindset, as the role involves interaction with C-suite executives Company The Finance team reports to an impressive Head of Finance who is committed to developing team members and promoting from within.
