The Role
We\’re looking to find a Campaign Specialist to lead the execution of complex marketing campaigns for clients using a proprietary customer data and marketing platform. You\’ll translate client goals into actionable workflows, act as the bridge between internal technical teams and external marketing stakeholders, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves optimising systems, and enjoys turning abstract campaign ideas into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from idea to launch.
- Translate business needs into technical workflows using the internal marketing platform.
Client Partnership
- Act as an embedded partner within client marketing teams.
- Provide consultative support on campaign architecture, scoping, and planning.
- Participate in onboarding and campaign planning sessions to accelerate implementation timelines.
Process Optimisation
- Identify and resolve blockers before they impact delivery.
- Continuously improve campaign workflows, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years in a professional environment, with 1+ year in campaign management or marketing operations.
- Experience owning high-impact, deadline-sensitive marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and technical leads.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, APIs, SDKs, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative nature, and high emotional intelligence.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
- Background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
