Finance Business Partner – Exeter (Full-Time, Permanent)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + benefits, Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote/week
We\’re looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join our Exeter-based team. This is a key role supporting decision-making through insightful financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts (accruals, prepayments, journals, variance analysis).
- Provide financial insight and performance analysis to senior managers.
- Develop and present high-quality financial reports for operational teams.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with operations.
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and capital reporting.
What You\’ll Need
- Full or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Strong management accounting and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
