Due to an increase in production demands we are looking to recruit a Factory Operative to assist our existing team at our factory in Newtown, Powys.
Experience
Experience within a manufacturing and assembly environment using timber-based materials would be beneficial along with knowledge of H&S and good housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.

The position is initially temporary but could lead to a full-time position based on the current workload and candidate suitability.
Hours: 6:45am-5pm Monday-Thursday (4 day week)
