We’re looking for an experienced engineer to join and lead our engineering team at our Buchan depots based in Peterhead. You’ll be leading a team of professionals who are skilled with various tools, ensuring that none of our customers want a dirty bus that works, or a clean and smart one that doesn’t!

You’ll have the responsibility of supporting, advising and managing the team on a daily basis to maintain and repair our fleet of around 45 buses and coaches, where you’ll also have the opportunity to manage our buildings and equipment. It’s a really important role within our depot, so we’ll trust you to ensure vehicles are presented to the high standards that our customers want – and thus you’ll have autonomy over resource management, stock and people.
