Trainee PCV School Bus Driver – Gainsborough (Term-Time Only, Split Shifts)
£12.21 per hour whilst training | Paid weekly | Term-time only | Based at Gainsborough Depot

We’re looking for friendly, safety-conscious individuals to join us as School Bus Drivers on a new school contract based at our Gainsborough depot. You’ll be responsible for transporting local children to and from school each day – a vital role that helps keep our communities connected.
No previous bus driving experience? No problem! We’ll provide fully paid training to help you gain your PCV licence, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
What we offer:
· £15.00 per hour, paid weekly after training
· Term-time only working – all school holidays off
· Split shifts, Monday to Friday (mornings and afternoons)
· Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week (depending on contract)
· Pro-rata annual pay – so you’re paid consistently throughout the year
· Free travel on all Stagecoach buses across the East Midlands

What you’ll be doing:
· Driving our school buses safely and confidently on local routes
· Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for pupils

What you’ll need:
· A full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points)
· A positive, approachable attitude and a passion for great service
· A willingness to learn – we’ll teach you everything you need to know
· A DBS check (arranged by us)
