Our office is based at our Carlisle depot in the Willowholme Industrial Estate, but we’re a multisite operation so you will be required to travel to other locations across the Cumbria and North Lancashire operating company.

The role is primarily to lead a team of 38 fitters, coach builders, electricians and cleaners, who do incredible work every day, making sure our vehicles are in tip top condition. As well as supporting, advising and managing the team on a daily basis to maintain and repair our fleet of 60 buses, maintaining the reliability of our services, helping to get our customers to where they need to be.
We’ll also support you by developing your skills and experience to allow you to progress your career further.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead a team of fitters, coach builders, electricians and cleaners
· Ensure that the fleet of 60 vehicles are in the best condition at all times
· Ensure vehicles are presented to high standards at all times
· Manage resources, including stock and people.
· Varied management of ordering, inventory, recruiting, training and health & safety

This is a full time position, working 38 hrs per week Monday to Friday.
