We are looking for friendly, confident and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Dotto Conductors for the 2026 season. The Dotto is a well-loved part of Eastbourne's seafront, carrying thousands of residents and visitors along the promenade each year. As a conductor, you will be at the heart of the experience.
What you’ll be doing:- Welcoming customers on board in a warm and professional manner
- Selling and checking tickets
- Assisting customers safely on and off the train
- Providing helpful information about stops and local attractions
- Working closely with the Dotto Driver, to ensure safe operation at all times
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service always!
You’ll be outdoors for most of your shift, so this role suits someone energetic, positive and happy working in all types of typical British summer weather!
What we’re looking for:- Friendly and approachable personality

Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not essential for the right person - Full training will be provided.
Contract Details:- Fixed term from 23rd March 2026 - 14th September 2026
- Working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, bank holidays and peak summer periods
- Based on Eastbourne seafront
