- Based at our Andover depot, located at Livingstone Road, Walworth Industrial Estate
- Pay rate of circa £43k per annum
- Shift pattern of 5 days in 7, on a rotating shift.

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Bus/PSV Mechanic to join our friendly team at Stagecoach Andover. Whether you’re from a truck, HGV, automotive, plant, or rail background, this is your chance to work on a modern and varied fleet, including hybrid and electric vehicles, while helping to train the next generation of engineers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining and repairing our fleet of buses to DVSA and Stagecoach safety standards
- Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
- Carrying out routine inspections, servicing, and occasional roadside repairs
- Supporting apprentices by sharing your knowledge and experience
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a collaborative depot team
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in HGV or PSV Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience working on commercial or specialist vehicles
- A safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail
- A team player with good communication skills
- Previous experience working on buses or large passenger vehicles (desirable)
