Salary £16.75 per hour. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Shift Fitter to join our Skegness Depot. Typical annualised earnings of up to £33,533 (£16.75ph). Guaranteed 38.5 minimum hours working 5 out of 7 days with overtime potentially available.

Pass on your skills and experience to our future engineers through supporting our engineering apprentices. You’ll be part of our team of people who maintain and repair a modern and varied fleet of vehicles so our fantastic customers can travel safely and comfortably every day.

The recruitment process is simple – you apply with your CV, we’ll have a good read then get you in for an interview and give you a tour of the depot.

There are a few things we need from you:

  • You need to have an engineering background with a vehicular focus – bus, HGV / LGV, truck, haulage, automotive, plant, rail, farm.
  • You should ideally be qualified to the following level: PV or HGV City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 Engineering in HGV or PSV.
  • You need to want to deliver high standards of engineering maintenance and repair.
