We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Engineering Training Coordinator for our Perth Head Office, supporting our Engineers across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and coordinating 100+ training courses a year, from scheduling and bookings to accommodation and joining instructions.
- Processing and tracking invoices accurately.
- Supporting apprenticeship programmes and responding to related queries.
- Being the go-to link between colleagues across the country for engineering activities.
- Problem solving / managing general queries quickly and efficiently.
- Organising and delivering large scale events.
- Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining & building great working relationships.
- Tracking, storing and maintaining electronic training certificates.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a training, learning & development, or coordination role, ideally within an engineering, technical, operational, or safety-critical environment (but we’re open to transferable backgrounds).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office to manage training records, schedules, and reporting.
- A people-focused approach, with the confidence to work closely with engineers, managers, and external providers, proactively chasing actions, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- The ability to plan, analyse information, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, operational environment where priorities can change.
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams at once, with the ability to prioritise effectively and keep training activity on track.
