Overview
Stagecoach South East is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead transformative marketing campaigns, shape brand strategy, and make a real impact in the transport industry. You’ll be the voice of Stagecoach in the region, driving both local and national marketing strategies, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring our brand is clearly and consistently represented across all channels.
Salary and benefits
Salary: C£40k (dependent on experience) with discretionary bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Hybrid role: 3 days in office
Responsibilities
- Delivering the Stagecoach national and local marketing strategies across South East
- Developing and executing regional marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences
- Identifying key target markets and ensuring brand alignment across all communications
- Acting as the trusted marketing partner for stakeholders within your region
- Working with central teams to ensure consistency, simplification, and alignment with wider business goals
- Leading brand development initiatives and championing our values throughout the region
- Using data to inform decisions, track performance, and drive results
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a service-led industry
- Strong campaign management, project delivery, and brand strategy experience
- A professional qualification such as CIM (or equivalent) is desirable
- Passion for the transport sector and an understanding of its societal and environmental importance
- Creative problem-solving ability and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
- Analytical skills with a keen eye for insights and performance metrics
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
