What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the strategic development of Workday to enhance how we manage people, data, and processes
- Creating and managing the Workday roadmap to deliver system enhancements and new functionality
- Supporting the rollout of job families to improve role clarity and career development
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across all HRIS activities
- Building collaborative relationships across HR, IT, and business teams to maximise Workday’s value
- Providing training and support to HR teams and end users to ensure confident and consistent usage
- Delivering accurate reporting and HR analytics that drive insights and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience as a Workday specialist, ideally within a large or complex organisation
- Strong grasp of core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and compensation
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent project management skills
- Confident working with data and reporting tools, with strong attention to detail
- A collaborator who can build relationships across departments and explain technical issues clearly
