Looking for a role where your expertise in reward can drive performance, retention, and fairness across a national business? At Stagecoach, we’re on the move, and we’re looking for a forward-thinking Head of Reward & Benefits to shape a strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains talent across our workforce. You’ll take the lead in creating a reward strategy & framework that supports our people, delivers value, and reflects who we are as an inclusive and progressive employer.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering a competitive, future-focused reward and benefits strategy
  • Leading job architecture, pay benchmarking and total reward projects across the group
  • Supporting executive and senior pay governance, including preparation for RemCo
  • Ensuring pay equity and delivering robust gender and ethnicity pay reporting and action planning
  • Overseeing benefit schemes and liaising with providers to ensure value and relevance
  • Optimising the use of Workday for accurate data, reporting and insight-driven decision making

What we’re looking for:

  • Senior-level experience in reward and benefits within a complex or large organisation
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, performance-based rewards, and pay equity
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with Workday (or similar HRIS)
  • Comfortable working at Board level and influencing decision-making
