As a Regional Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with the Senior Regional Finance Business Partner and play a central role in supporting leaders across our business with robust commercial insight, financial modelling, and performance guidance.

What will you be doing?

  • Business partnering with regional leadership to provide expert financial support, insight and challenge
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for your assigned region
  • Supporting the evaluation of new initiatives, tenders and government-funded projects
  • Tracking benefit realisation on electric vehicle investments and other strategic projects
  • Presenting regular financial reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting performance vs. plan
  • Supporting the identification and delivery of cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborating with the Senior Regional Finance Business Partner and contributing to central aggregation of reports and budgets
  • Working closely with Management Accountants and Financial Controllers to ensure strong controls and accurate reporting

  • A qualified accountant with commercial finance experience in a large or complex organisation
