As a Regional Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with the Senior Regional Finance Business Partner and play a central role in supporting leaders across our business with robust commercial insight, financial modelling, and performance guidance.

What will you be doing?
- Business partnering with regional leadership to provide expert financial support, insight and challenge
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for your assigned region
- Supporting the evaluation of new initiatives, tenders and government-funded projects
- Tracking benefit realisation on electric vehicle investments and other strategic projects
- Presenting regular financial reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting performance vs. plan
- Supporting the identification and delivery of cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborating with the Senior Regional Finance Business Partner and contributing to central aggregation of reports and budgets
- Working closely with Management Accountants and Financial Controllers to ensure strong controls and accurate reporting

- A qualified accountant with commercial finance experience in a large or complex organisation
- A confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling (advanced Excel skills essential)
- A self-starter who can manage competing priorities and work at pace
- Comfortable with capital and operational project finance, and experienced in supporting business cases
