  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.
  • Implement and configure integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
  • Support platform administration, patching, upgrades, and instance management across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient solutions.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operational runbooks.
  • Provide third-line support for incidents, problems, and change requests related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work within secure environments while adhering to established security and data handling protocols.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands‑on development across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience with ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
  • Hands‑on experience with Update Sets, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and instance cloning.
  • Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
