Join our team as a Master Diagnostic Technician, the expert for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues using Stellantis and Bosch Car Service diagnostic systems. To ensure our customers leave satisfied and their vehicles are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complex symptoms across various vehicle systems, alongside routine service and repairs
- Collaborate with Manufacturer and Management teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing
- Handle repairs and maintenance on Electric and Hybrid vehicles
- Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting
- Carry out routine maintenance, engine and gearbox repairs, and work on clutches and cambelts
- Ensure workshop compliance with health and safety standards
- Share technical updates with the team to maintain cutting-edge service standards
Qualifications:
- City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of two years experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Background in automotive sectors such as Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, Auto Electrician, or MOT Tester
- Clean UK driving licence
