The Role
Two senior engineer positions available. You will work across a small, autonomous product squad with no dedicated product manager; engineers and designers share that responsibility collectively. Expect broad scope, high ownership and the ability to ship from day one. These are not squad-specific hires. The expectation is adaptability: moving across product verticals as needs and interests evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features across front end (React, TypeScript) and back end (Node.js, Postgres, Redis) owning them through to production.
- Share product management responsibilities within the squad: understand the problem space, shape the solution, and drive delivery.
- Navigate the final stages of shipping, including gaining consensus and closing out open threads.
- Contribute to integration and platform work as the product evolves.
- Feed into architecture decisions and raise the engineering bar within the team.
