Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation) background.

Travel & Hospitality industry experience a definite bonus.

Any experience of working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA ideally).

UK/remote based, but able to travel (trips no longer than 1-2 weeks max and planned on an ad-hoc basis (3-4 trips during the year).

Responsibilities include:

  • Define, agree and mobilise Digital Tourism Target Operating Model.
  • Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run).
  • Implement the Governance Framework & Structures for: Risk Management, Change, Configuration and Control Body, Partner Integration Framework, Acceptance into Service Framework, Issues & Requests Management.
  • Define Tourism's digital support model and framework to enable the seamless visitor experience and robust support services.
  • Define the high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism.
  • Define and publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT.
  • Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolsets requirements and stand-up Visitor Care.
  • Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Common Framework (Strategy, Design, Build & Run).
  • Support development of a business case (e.g., rough order of magnitude cost elements, vendor quotes) and statements of work to tender for services and budget.
