They install the most advanced solar panels, use Duracell battery technology and provide ongoing customer support for years.
Due to continued growth and business expansion they need to recruit a Solar Support Administrator to produce pre-sales Customer Packs that are used by the sales team to illustrate the benefits of installing Solar, Battery Storage and EV Charger solutions systems to new customers.
Each installation is unique, the pack will help the customer visualise what the solar panels will look like once installed.
You will collate and gather a range of data/information from site surveys, aerial photography, google maps, drone videos to help you produce a full-colour, tailored pack.
The pack will also include tailored calculations on energy usage to help them understand the savings and benefits they will experience.
You should have at least 2 years experience in office administration or sales support, ideally gained in a solar or electrical company.
You will be competent and confident in using IT to include MS Office, Google Maps and CRM.
Updating CRM systems and tracking jobs through to completion.
Role will be office-based, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm. 28 days holiday, Company Pension.
