My client provides a unique service to multiple Estate Agents across Northern Ireland.
When a property is put up for sale or to let they specialise in photographing properties for sale through stills photography, drone videos, video walk throughs, video interviews with agents and also provide floor plans, EPC assessments etc.
They seek to recruit a permanent part-time Appointment Coordinator to join their support team who contact the vendor / seller to agree times / dates for these photos, videos and assessments to take place.
This is not a sales role, no upselling required.
You will Work From Home (WFH) 3 or 4 Days per week, Monday to Friday to be agreed.
The Process - NI estate agents update an online CRM system with vendor details. - Vendor is phoned or emailed to agree suitable time to have photos/assessments done. - Bookings are updated on CRM, photographers allocated, calendar invites sent, diaries reconciled, pending orders followed up etc. - Liaison between estate agents, photographers and vendors to finalise booking.
Requirements: - Strong computer skills, competency in using Gmail, CRM system etc.
Confident and competent communication skills with a professional demeanour Demonstrate strict adherence to confidentiality.
Attention to detail and accuracy are very important, you should enjoy working to deadlines and be committed to completing tasks in a timely manner.
Good geographic knowledge of Northern Ireland and knowledge of Google Maps.
Using own initiative to manage/prioritise daily workload.
In depth training will be provided with a lengthy period of shadowing.
Awareness of responsibilities under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a Senior Administrator or PA with 2 years experience of diary management / appointment setting.
Client is offering starting salary from £13.50 per hour.
Company pension, 28 days holiday (pro-rata).
Work From Home (WFH), 3 or 4 days per week (to be agreed), Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
Some flexibility will be required to cover holidays etc.
As you will WFH, good broadband speed is essential.
