My client provides a unique service to multiple Estate Agents across Northern Ireland. When a property is put up for sale or to let, they specialise in photographing properties for sale through stills photography, drone videos, video walk-throughs, video interviews with agents, and also provide floor plans, EPC assessments, etc.
They seek to recruit a permanent part-time Appointment Coordinator to join their support team who contact the vendor/seller to agree times/dates for these photos, videos, and assessments to take place. This is not a sales role; no upselling is required. You will Work From Home (WFH) 3 or 4 days per week, Monday to Friday to be agreed.
The Process:
- NI estate agents update an online CRM system with vendor details.
- Vendor is phoned or emailed to agree a suitable time to have photos/assessments done.
- Bookings are updated on CRM, photographers allocated, calendar invites sent, diaries reconciled, pending orders followed up, etc.
- Liaison between estate agents, photographers, and vendors to finalise booking.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, competency in using Gmail, CRM system, etc.
- Confident and competent communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- Demonstrate strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are very important; you should enjoy working to deadlines and be committed to completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Good geographic knowledge of Northern Ireland and knowledge of Google Maps.
- Using own initiative to manage/prioritise daily workload.
- In-depth training will be provided with a lengthy period of shadowing.
- Awareness of responsibilities under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a Senior Administrator or PA with 2 years experience of diary management/appointment setting.
Client is offering a starting salary from £13.50 per hour, company pension, and 28 days holiday (pro-rata). Work From Home (WFH), 3 or 4 days per week (to be agreed), Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Some flexibility will be required to cover holidays, etc. As you will WFH, good broadband speed is essential.
