Job Title: Staffing Specialist
Salary: £12 p/h

Interview Process: 2 Stages consisting of a Pre-screening and Final Stage Interview. The interview consists of culture fit and competency-based questions along with a discussion around your experience in similar roles and a presentation of your work.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best professionals to support our growth and maintain the high standards of care we provide to our care home partners and the NHS across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sourcing Candidates, attracting suitable candidates to the company using a range of media and most importantly the telephone.
· Advertising vacancies, using Indeed, LinkedIn, mailing lists, and social media and reviewing applicants for suitability.
· Interviewing candidates, to find the top talent in the healthcare sector from nurses, to care assistants and support workers.
· Managing applications, from the start to the end of the process, checking in and supporting your candidates onboarding journey.
· Answering incoming calls, from potential candidates or existing candidates and supporting them as needed.
Skills Required:
· Proven recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or care sector.
· Confidence to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and candidates.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to maintain and manage your own workload.
· Solid teamworking skills to work closely with colleagues in recruitment and other departments as required.
