Purpose of the role: Be a hands-on senior manager influencing the direction of the business, you will shape and grow a professional Healthcare Recruitment Business. The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the service and implementing quality assurance measures and a recruitment strategy to ensure that the company is attracting and recruiting the right quality of candidates in the right number and at the right time to facilitate the Company growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Head of Operations Manager.
- Assess newly activated nurse applicants.
- Assist with nurse supervisions.
- Deal with any clinical issues and complaints.
- Support agency staff with clinical queries.
- Stay up to date with any NMC policies.
Skills required:
- Experience in a similar role is a bonus.
- Active NMC Pin.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Incredible attention to detail, but the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Ability to manage your own workload but also be able to work as part of a small team to achieve the best results possible.
