We are recruiting Support and Care Workers to provide flexible shift cover to service users with mental health challenges, elderly-frail, and those with complex care needs.

The role:

  • Provide person-centred support to ensure safety and wellbeing
  • Support with daily living tasks including in some cases personal care, cooking, shopping, and maintaining a clean environment
  • Encourage independence, social engagement, and new experiences

What we’re looking for:

What we need from you (requirements):

  • Valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
  • At least 6 months of UK-based care experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience with moving and handling
  • A satisfactory PVG check
  • A UK Driving license
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care with professionalism, compassion, and teamwork
