We are recruiting Support and Care Workers to provide flexible shift cover to service users with mental health challenges, elderly-frail, and those with complex care needs.
The role:
- Provide person-centred support to ensure safety and wellbeing
- Support with daily living tasks including in some cases personal care, cooking, shopping, and maintaining a clean environment
- Encourage independence, social engagement, and new experiences
What we’re looking for:
- Caring, patient, and reliable individuals
- Ability to support someone with anxiety using positive approaches
- A team player with a willingness to learn and share ideas
- Ability to work flexible shifts across various services

What we need from you (requirements):
- Valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- At least 6 months of UK-based care experience within the last 2 years
- Experience with moving and handling
- A satisfactory PVG check
- A UK Driving license
- A passion for delivering high-quality care with professionalism, compassion, and teamwork
