Head of Marketing

HEAD OF MARKETING Salary: £58,000–£68,000 Reports to: CEO (with strategic oversight/mentorship from Fractional CMO) Location: Glasgow Type: Full-time, Permanent Purpose of the Role Staffscanner and the wider operating group is entering an exciting scale-up phase and is on track to meet ambitious growth targets within the next 12–18 months. We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function and drive strategic direction. This role owns the full marketing strategy and commercial performance of the function – ensuring brand, campaigns, content and channels deliver measurable impact. You will combine strategic leadership with the ability to coach and empower a small internal team (including a Marketing Manager) and external resources. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and fractional CMO to ensure marketing directly supports growth, brand strength and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Strategy
