You will oversee lead generation and funnel performance, using analytics and dashboards to ensure campaigns are efficient, measurable and continually improving. You will lead and mentor the marketing team, including the Marketing Manager, and manage relationships with creative, digital, PR and SEO agencies.
  • Data, Insight & Reporting: You will own monthly reporting to the CEO and board, setting measurement frameworks across ROMI, MQLs, lifetime value metrics and brand performance. You will strengthen insight capability to guide future marketing decisions and investment.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion, support product and tech on customer journey optimisation, and partner with HR on employer brand and internal brand alignment. Across all activity, you will ensure marketing consistently reinforces Staffscanner’s purpose—Care Reimagined—and its core values.
