We are looking for a Group Business Development Director to help drive new client growth across Staffscanner's core business and other new-to-market technology and service products within the wider group. This is a senior role for someone who is strong at opening doors, building relationships and turning conversations into commercial outcomes.
You will be responsible for creating new opportunities, developing strategic relationships and winning business across target sectors, with a particular focus on markets where credibility and trust matter.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially sharp and comfortable operating at senior level. This is not a role for someone who wants a heavily established structure around them.
